The Wolves is a bold, contemporary portrait of an all-female indoor soccer team, capturing the fierce bonds, private fears, and unspoken tensions that shape their world. Through overlapping conversations and shared moments, the play explores identity, ambition, loyalty, and the quiet pressure to belong. Intimate, raw, and deeply human, The Wolves reveals how young women come of age together—learning who they are, who they protect, and when they choose to speak.

PERFORMANCES: MAY 22, 23, 24 - 2026

The Outsiders is a powerful stage adaptation of S.E. Hinton’s iconic novel, bringing to life a group of young people divided by class, loyalty, and circumstance. Centered on brotherhood, identity, and the search for belonging, the play explores what it means to grow up on the margins and choose compassion in a world shaped by conflict. Gritty, emotional, and deeply human, The Outsiders captures the fragile line between innocence and experience—and the enduring hope that comes from standing together.

"I look forward to creating a collaborative space for our young actors once again, where they can pursue their love of the performing arts while fostering their curiosity for learning, growth, and personal development."

The Company

The Living Theater Company is our premier youth performance troupe, created for dedicated teen artists seeking a deeper, more immersive theatrical experience. Participation is by invitation and designed for students ready to move beyond training alone and into the rich, collaborative process of full-scale production.

Company members engage in rigorous rehearsal processes that mirror the expectations of professional theater—learning to work as an ensemble, take creative risks, and bring powerful stories to life on stage. The work is artistically challenging, emotionally resonant, and socially relevant, giving students the opportunity to explore big questions and complex human experiences through the lens of performance.

Each season, The Company selects a play that pushes creative boundaries and sparks meaningful dialogue. This year’s production, originally written in 1888 and inspired by true events, remains profoundly timely. It invites our young performers to explore historical context, reflect on its modern parallels, and use theater as a tool for personal and collective insight.

Beyond the stage, this experience cultivates essential life skills: leadership, accountability, empathy, and resilience. Actors receive high-level training in character development, advanced acting technique, and script analysis, while learning how to collaborate effectively under the guidance of experienced theater educators.

The Company is more than a performance opportunity—it’s a community. It’s a space for passionate young people to come together and be seen, challenged, and celebrated for their voices and creative contributions.
